Privacy Policy

EasySist ("we", "us") is designed around data minimization. We only collect the information you provide to generate your document — such as your name, the counterparty's name, and details relevant to your dispute.

What we collect

Form answers you submit, your email address (if provided for delivery), and payment metadata processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not sell your data.

Automatic deletion

Generated documents, input data, and drafts are automatically and permanently purged from our systems 48 hours after completion. We do not retain your dispute details beyond what is necessary to deliver your document.

Third parties

We use third-party services to operate EasySist: an AI provider to draft documents, and Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) to process payments. These providers process data solely to deliver the service.
